{"id":324,"date":"2025-04-26T18:32:44","date_gmt":"2025-04-26T16:32:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lasagadesgares.be\/wordpress\/?p=324"},"modified":"2025-11-11T22:54:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T21:54:51","slug":"beloeil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lasagadesgares.be\/wordpress\/beloeil\/","title":{"rendered":"Beloeil, gare princi\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La gare de Beloeil est situ\u00e9e sur la ligne 81 Ath \u2013 Blaton \u00e0 11km d\u2019Ath et \u00e0 8 km de Blaton.<br>Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service le 24 juin 1877 et ferm\u00e9e au trafic voyageur le 3 juillet 1960.<br>La ligne 81 \u00e9tait \u00e0 voie unique, le croisement des trains \u00e9tait possible uniquement \u00e0 Beloeil.<br>La gare n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une signalisation fixe, les aiguillages \u00e9taient man\u0153uvr\u00e9s \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre et immobilis\u00e9s par des serrures rendant le croisement des trains fastidieux. Afin de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cet inconv\u00e9nient, les aiguillages d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux voies 1 et 2 seront remplac\u00e9s par des aiguillages talonnables (parcourables \u00e0 la vitesse de 20km\/h) qui reprenaient automatiquement leur position initiale apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 parcourus.<br>Pour le trafic des marchandises, la gare \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une cour marchandise, d\u2019un hangar et d\u2019une rampe de chargement. Sur la voie principale, vers Blaton \u00e9tait branch\u00e9 le raccordement des Sucreries R\u00e9unies d\u2019Ath, Beloeil et Ligne, ferm\u00e9 en 1951. Dans le prolongement la voie 3, c\u00f4t\u00e9 Blaton se situait le raccordement de la Malterie tandis que c\u00f4t\u00e9 Ath la voie desservait les Fonderies et Forges Saint-Eloi.<br>La desserte \u00e9tait assur\u00e9e, les jours de semaine, par un train caboteur Blaton \u2013 Beloeil. Ce trafic a cess\u00e9 fin 1983 et la ligne d\u00e9ferr\u00e9e en 1985.<br>Le b\u00e2timent de la gare, de type \u00ab Etat belge \u00bb est compos\u00e9 d\u2019une partie centrale \u00e0 trois trav\u00e9es entour\u00e9e de deux ailes basses. Un b\u00e2timent annexe abritait la luxueuse salle d\u2019attente priv\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019usage du Prince De Ligne et de sa famille. Cette salle d\u2019attente \u00e9tait chauff\u00e9e, en hiver, lorsqu\u2019elle \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e.<br>Aujourd\u2019hui le b\u00e2timent principal, en bon \u00e9tat, est devenu une habitation
